If you do not agree to the Terms and conditions Agreement, please do not register for our service or otherwise access or use our website.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website and/or are a customer/member.
We reserve the right at any time to: Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement; Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site; or Change any fees or charges for using the Site.
Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means including, without limitation, posting on the Site or email. Your use of the Site after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
As a our member, you agree that:

Our agency reserves the right to remove any such material from the Service without notice.
5. You will use our service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you communicate with our ladies merely for making friends, not for marriage, you are supposed to remind our ladies of the point in case that they misunderstand your intention.
6. Before you use our services, you are expected to expressly know how our services work If you don't undestand any information on our web site, you should contact our office via email, phone or fax to clarify to you before using our services.
7. We will not allow any exchange of any personal contact information until the membership fees are paid in full. You will not include any contact information or identifying content of yourself or another person in your personal profile when you register online on our web site.
8. WE DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY THAT A LADY WILL RESPOND TO AN E-MAIL OR A CORRESPONDENCE FROM A MEMBER. It is always the member's choice to respond or not respond to an e-mail.
9. You are solely responsible for your dating behavior when using our services. 10. You will not transmit chain letters, junk messages, advertisements or any type of solicitation whatsoever of any products or services to any other Members of the Service.
You will not in any way copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the express written consent of the owner of such.
11. Your use of the service is strictly at your own risk and you are solely responsible for your contact, whether it be written, verbal or in person, with any other Member of SweetSingles.com, its officers, directors, managers, employees, agents and third parties assume no responsibility whatsoever for harm that may come to you as a result of your contact (of any form) with any other Member of the Service (including but not limited to emotional, verbal and physical abuse or assault) . We reserve the right at any time to terminate anyone membership if she/he is found to be a bad person or treat other member badly.
12. You will not engage in, and our agency is not be responsible for, any form of harassment, offensive or abusive behavior of any kind whatsoever that may be harmful to any other Member of the Service (including but not limited to physical and emotional damage).
13. You will not include any personal contact information or identifying content of yourself or another person in any message that you will send to other members when you have not yet paid in full. One is only allowed to transmit contact information or identifying content to another member once a payment has been paid in full.
14. Our agency assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your use of the Service. It is for your sole, personal use and you must not distribute your user name and password allowing others to use the service through your membership.
15. We always do wish to bring nice people to know each other and be together happily for the rest of their lives but we can not be responsible for the interaction after meeting and after you spend time together with other member alone by yourself outside our office. We can not look after any member 24 hours and we can not guarantee or be held responsible for the amount of contacts or type of person, which will make contact, nor any date, meeting, relationship breakdown, incompatibility, or any other form of contact, which does not satisfy the member. The agency is not, under any circumstances, liable for any loss, incidental or consequential damages of any nature or kind whatsoever by use of our services. You hereby forever release and discharge this agency, owners, managers or their employees from any action suit or claim of any kind, whether arising directly or indirectly from the introduction services conducted by the agency.
16. If you are a member of plan A or 7 Days package ( A short stay package), you are subject to pay a Success fee of 125+ USD when you find the right lady that you wish to pursue a serious longterm relationship with, share your life with or get married with . After the US$125+ is paid our agency will assist the couple, if they wish, in getting the paperwork done so the lady can apply for a visa to join the man in his country. This fee must always be paid, even if the couple decides to handle all of the paperwork themselves. Choosing to live together in the country of their choice, without the sanctity of marriage shall be deemed the same as a marriage. Plan B, C, E and Silver plan are not subject to this marriage charge. Another possible charge would be if a couple wishes us to provide any escort or translation service outside of our office. Normal and nominal translation services within our office during normal work hours are included at no additional charge.
17. You hereby declare that you are genuinely seeking good friendship, love, romance, a long term relationship or marriage with our member. Under no circumstances will you hold the agency responsible for any consequences arising from a match or non-match.
We reserve the right at any time to terminate your membership or even to take further action for the loss or the possible loss of SweetSingles.com and our members when necessary due to your infringe of the above rules, in our sole discretion.

This Agreement, accepted upon registering for the Service, contains the entire Agreement regarding the use of the Service.
